<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a general user to participate in such auction as an existing auction system in which only a specific special agent is able to participate, and to automate procedures when the general user participates in such auction, and to enable both the user and the auction proxy agent to easily participate in the auction without any time and labor. <P>SOLUTION: Exhibition information of existing auction system is acquired, and a web page is automatically generated and disclosed so that a general user can refer to the acquired exhibition information through the Internet. The personal information of the user who has referred to the disclosed exhibition information is registered, and the information of a bid desired article and its bid amount inputted by the user is acquired. Bidding to the existing auction system is executed on the basis of the information of the acquired bid desired article and the bid amount.
