SOLUTION: In this refrigerant cycle device 1 constituted by circularly connecting a compressor 11, a gas cooler 12, a capillary tube 13 as a pressure reducing device, the evaporator 15 and the like, using carbon dioxide as a refrigerant, and having supercritical pressure at its high-pressure side, an internal heat exchanger is mounted to exchange the heat between a refrigerant from the gas cooler 12 and a refrigerant from the evaporator 15, a ratio of a volume of a low pressure part in a cycle (in refrigerant circuit 10) is≥30% and≤50% of the total volume, and a ratio of the volume of the low pressure part in the internal heat exchanger is≥5% and≤30% to the volume of the total low pressure part in the refrigerant circuit 10.
