<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor panel for a unit room allowing a user to receive effective hot sensing effect simply while maintaining excellent features such as light-weight property and high strength and capable of preventing occurrence of worry of insufficient strength due to it and suppressing increase of cost to the minimum extent. <P>SOLUTION: These floor panels 1 for the unit room constitute the unit room. A walking region A for a person of the floor panel 1 is composed of an FRP-made basic part 21, a thermal insulation part 22 provided integrally on a surface of the basic part 21 and having numerous pores 16b, 16c, and a protection layer 23 provided integrally on a surface of the thermal insulation part 22 and having a thin part less than 0.15 mm.
