PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fence 2 on a wall 1 capable of simultaneously realizing the decorative effect and the crime prevention effect. SOLUTION: The fence 2 having the point of a sword tip 5 on the upper part of a base section 3 provided along the longitudinal direction is mounted on the upper part of the wall 1 through a bracket 7, at the same time, the lower part of the bracket 7 has a fixture section 8 fixed to the wall 1, and the upper part thereof has a gripping section 9 fixed to the fence 2, the fixture section 8 is fixed to the wall 1 with a bolt 18 capable of being removed only from the inside of a site and, at the same time, it is gripped at an optional position of the base section 3 by the gripping section 9.
