<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily set a plurality of a personal computers used by a user and a plurality of image forming apparatuses. <P>SOLUTION: This system is provided with one or more servers 200 to which one or more image forming apparatuses 400 are connected, one or more client terminals connected through a network N to the arbitrary servers 200 for transmitting data inputted from external equipment or data generated inside as electronic mails to the servers 200 and a mail server 300 for transmitting and receiving the electronic mails.
