<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide wallpaper which improves a sense of design by embossment of wallpaper, which is excellent in delustering properties and curling resistance, and which hardly exerts a bad influence on the environment in incineration. <P>SOLUTION: A base material (1), a foamed resin layer (2), which is made of a water-based emulsion resin, a pyrolytic foaming agent and an inorganic filler, and a surface resin layer (3), which is made of the water-based emulsion resin, a thermally-expansible microcapsule foaming agent and the inorganic filler, are superposed in this order. The foamed resin layer (2) and the surface resin layer (3) are superposed on the one surface of the base material (1).
