<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic apparatus having a liquid-cooled system which can acquire optimal cooling characteristics of a radiator whose arrangement also is suitable for a narrow space inside a case. <P>SOLUTION: A CPU 200 requiring cooling is carried in the case 100. The liquid-cooled system for cooling this CPU includes a cooling jacket 50 and the radiator 60. In such a configuration, the radiator has a pair of headers 62, 62, and many metal capillaries 61, are mutually arranged in parallel. The outline can be changed easily and freely and also can be installed easily in a narrow space. A cooling fans 64, 66 for forcedly cooling this radiator 60 may be installed, and.
