PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary blade which is used for a bush cutter, and can reduce loads to the power source of the bush cutter, improve a cutting capacity, and control that cut weeds, and the like, are scattered on surroundings. SOLUTION: This rotary blade A1 for the bush cutter, having a holding member 1 which is attached to the bush cutter B and is rotated, and a nylon cord-cutting blade 4 whose base end is held on the holding member 1, is characterized by further having a protecting member 3 extended from the holding member 1 on the outside in a rotation radial direction, and projecting one portion of the tip side of the nylon cord-cutting blade 4 from the protecting member 3 in a state that the nylon cord-cutting blade 4 is extended on the outside in the radial direction.
