PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a coil formed of plate conductive member thin. SOLUTION: The coil is provided with a first plate conductive member including a first winding 15 and a second winding 17 forming a current passage, and a second plate conductive member including a third winding 16 forming a current passage; and the first, second and third windings are piled up so that magnetic flux may pass. The first plate conductive member is bent, and the first and second windings are arranged overlapping, and then the third winding is inserted between the first and second windings, and one end 22 of the third winding is electrically connected with one end 21 of the first winding or the second winding.
