摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately reproduce operating tactility of an operating device by dynamically controlling two actuators which are electrically controllable. SOLUTION: A device is provided to simulate hand operations. The device is basically provided with a first rotational axis line 11 along the normal direction with respect to the extending direction of the longitudinal direction of a lever 10, a second rotational axis line 16 which is normal to the first rotational axis line 11 and the extending direction of the lever 10, a rotating servo motor 20 which is connected to the second rotational axis line 16 of the lever 10 at a movable piece side to provide beforehand set rotational torque at an actual angular position 32 or at an actual speed that is beforehand set for the lever 10 having top and bottom side tip sections 12 and 12' and a linear motor 15 which is connected to the lever 10 at the movable piece side so as to provide beforehand set force at an actual position 33 or the actual angular position of the lever 10 which are beforehand set.
