PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a releasing agent which is an aqueous dispersion, has satisfactory releasing property, has high coating hardness, and forms a coating film which can be easily removed. SOLUTION: The releasing agent comprises the aqueous dispersion containing boron nitride, alumina, sialon and an aluminate and/or a silicate. The structural ratio of boron nitride, alumina, sialon and the aluminate and/or the silicate is 50-200 pts.mass alumina, 20-80 pts.mass sialon and 50-300 pts.mass aluminate and/or silicate per 100 pts.mass boron nitride and the content of water is preferably 50-85 mass%.
