PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To alleviate a management burden of a game hall relating to the management of the operating condition of a game machine, and to make it possible to be able to quickly respond against the action causing a reduction in the operating rate of the game machine. SOLUTION: The presence or the absence of game machines in an unoperating and staying condition is determined (S56) on the basis of the presence or absence of the operation of the respective pachinko game machine based on operating information (S51), and the presence or absence of a stayer identified by a change in the image of monitoring areas set individually in the respective pachinko game machines (S55), and when there is judged to be game machines in unoperating and staying condition, the message that there are the pachinko game machine given the above judgement is displayed.
