<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for readily and easily detecting drug disposition in a cell in vivo, and to provide the cell suitable for the method, and a chamber for a cell experiment. <P>SOLUTION: The method for detecting the drug disposition in the cell in vivo comprises (a) preparing an ovocyte having nonoverlapped localized regions by coexpressing a pair of a transporter protein and an exporter protein to one medicine, (b) setting the ovocyte in the chamber designed so that extracellular fluids contacting with each polarized region may not be brought into contact with each other, (c) adding the medicine to the extracellular fluids contacting with the polarized region of the transporter protein, (d) recovering the extracellular fluids contacting with the polarized region of the transporter protein or the extracellular fluid contacting with the polarized region of the exporter protein after a prescribed time, and (e) measuring the amount of the medicine in the recovered extracellular fluid. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
