<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic element which can reduce an energy loss even if the switching frequency becomes large and hence contributes to the reduction in size and weight of a power unit, and to provide a magnetic thick film suitable for the magnetic element. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic thick film is formed using a magnetic thick film made by depositing metal magnetic fine particles which are such that metal fine particles having an aspect ratio of 0.8 or less are coated with a film having a larger resistivity than the metal fine particles, at a volume density of 85% or above. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
