FIELD: biochemistry, molecular biology. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention proposes a method for isothermic amplification reaction that involves incubation in buffer system of an analyzed single-stranded nucleic acid with polymerase, T7 exonuclease, alpha-S-dNTPs and two pairs of specific deoxyribonucleotide primers wherein sequence of the first pair of primer is identical with 5'-terminal sequence of the sense chain in analyzed nucleic acid and sequence of the second pair of primers is complementary with 3'-terminal sequence of the sense chain. Primers of each pair differ by the presence one of additional nucleotides by 3'-end. Applying the invention provides reducing cost in detection of microorganisms. Invention can be used in molecular-genetic diagnosis. ^ EFFECT: improved method for detection of microorganisms. ^ 3 dwg |
