PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adjuster apparatus usable in common, irrespective of machine model by using the outer circumference in using an attachment for an optical apparatus such as a camera. SOLUTION: The apparatus is made adaptable to a lens with no filter screw by taking the outer circumference of the lens as an attachment reference, further, the optical axis is surely held in attaching by taking the movement of a movable piece as a symmetry, and by giving the movable extent of >15mm in consideration of the machine model of each company having a lens outer diameter difference of 20mm to 37mm in a digital camera, the apparatus is adaptable to each machine model of each company, then, the productivity is enhanced.
