<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inkjet recording medium for pigment ink, which can bring about a sense of uniform gloss over a white background and an image part when printing is done in the pigment ink, which can bring about a highly scratch-resistant image making a scratch hardly conspicuous even if the scratch is made and which has proper ink absorbency, and an inkjet recording method. <P>SOLUTION: This inkjet recording medium is characterized in that a surface layer containing a binder and inorganic particulates with a mean refractive index of 1.9-2.9, and a porous layer containing a polydiallylamine-derivative cationic polymer, inorganic particulates and a hydrophilic binder are provided on a substrate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
