<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To utilize effectively channel resources in a plurality of radio base station apparatuses in the radio base station apparatus which communicates a communication signal by a radio. <P>SOLUTION: In the radio base station apparatus (BTS1 system) having communication signal processing means 34-37 to process a communication signal; other device communication signal processing assignment means 32 assigns communication signal processing means 54-57 with other radio base station apparatus (BTS2 system), as a communication signal processing means for processing the communication signal by the own apparatus.
