<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical connector and a medical instrument which realize highly airtight connection. <P>SOLUTION: The medical connector is composed of a resin composition containing: polycarbonate of 35 to 95 mass%; and styrene-based block copolymer, (meth) acrylic acid-based polymer and/or polyester resin of 5 to 65 mass%. The medical connector is excellent in connectability with a flexible polyvinyl chloride-based tube or a flexible polyolefin-based tube and can trigger blocking at a connection part by heating sterilization treatment, thereby adhering treatment is carried out simultaneously by the sterilization treatment.
