<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure a specified mounting strength without requiring much man-days in installation work. <P>SOLUTION: In a separate fixing tool constituted of a grounding bottom 6A freely attachable to the installation objective material 1 and a fixing body 6 integrally provided with the separate fixing part 7 freely fixedly mounted on a separate material 2 to be installed on an installation objective material 1 for which a waterproof seat 5 is laid on a base ground 3, a communication hole 10a of which one side is opened to the ground bottom 6A and the other side is opened to the outside air side, is provided in the solid body 6.
