PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication system, access point apparatus, and communication terminal capable of preventing fare evasion communication by unauthorized use of a communication terminal and of detecting unauthorized acts on the side of an acquirer of information and its provider to acquire the latest correct information safely when acquiring information from the network side by an OCSP or the like at the time of network connection initiation. SOLUTION: First corresponding relationship information received by a connection request terminal 100 is converted into second corresponding relationship information on the basis of flow-in prevention information by an AP apparatus 200. The inflow prevention information is used to prevent the first corresponding relationship information itself from flowing in the network. By inflow prevention by this information, even if an arbitrary communication message is designated as the first corresponding relationship information, it is not reflected inside the information acquisition request. Thus, even if a message to be communicated to the first corresponding relationship information is set by the connection request terminal 100, the message can be prevented from flowing in a network 500.
