PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a basic cosmetic which comprises vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A compounded in a stable state and exhibits enhanced/persisting effects on prevention of and recovery from skin ageing, and to provide a ready and mass-productive manufacturing method for the basic cosmetic. SOLUTION: The basic cosmetic comprises vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A dissolved in glycerol in a stable state. Preferably, the contents of vitamin C, vitamin E and vitamin A are 1-10wt%, 0.5-2wt% and at least 0.01wt%, respectively, based on glycerol. The manufacturing method for the same preferably comprises further dissolving vitamin E and vitamin A in the glycerol wherein vitamin C has been dissolved. COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
