PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for controlling energization of a motor in an actuator for a valve without requiring loosening or re-fastening of a screw by rotating a cam in relation to a cam shaft. SOLUTION: In the device for controlling energization of the motor for applying/shutting-off power to the motor by operating a photo sensor with shading by a cam plate, the cam plate is installed in an upper surface or a lower surface of a boss, which is inserted into a cam shaft directly connected to an output shaft and which is fixed by a screw, by an O-ring and a fall-stopper ring freely to rotate in relation to the cam shaft.
