PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody molded product such as a woody floor material or the like enhanced in strength by mutually bonding wood materials by a thermosetting resin and improved in its defect such as easiness to stain or the like. SOLUTION: The woody molded product 1 having a predetermined thickness is composed of finely divided woody materials and the thermosetting resin for mutually bonding woody materials and formed so that the filling density of the woody materials becomes low from one side of the woody molded product 1 to the other side in the thickness direction of the woody molded product 1.
