PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a convenient cooker to be safely used even if there is no user by the cooker without generating a trouble in cooking. SOLUTION: A human body detecting sensor 23 is provided in the cooker 1 formed by providing temperature detecting sensors 12 and 15 in a cooking stove and a grille. Priority is given to information from the human body detecting sensor 23 to decide burning control conditions, and burning condition is controlled by using each of sensor information on the basis of the burning control conditions while informed by an informing means 25, and the cooker determines condition of a material to be heated and using condition whether there is a user by the cooker.
