PURPOSE: A system for providing customer-made advertisement when paying a toll and a control method thereof are provided to transmit the advertisement coinciding with the property of user or the corresponding to entry area when the toll payment is paid. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement service server(300) produces an advertisement message corresponding to the customer information and position data included in the received advertisement request signal. The advertisement service server produces the advertisement message transmission request signal including the produced advertisement message. A message transmission server(400) receives the advertisement message transmission request signal from the advertisement service server. The message transmission server transmits the advertisement message included in the received advertisement message transmission request signal to the mobile communication terminal.
