<p>Biohybrid joint surface prosthesis consists of a three-dimensional porous substrate, in which cartilaginous cells can be cultivated in vitro and/or in vivo to a 3-dimensional cell composite, and can be attached to the exposed bone in the defective joint region after cell grown and optionally development of tissue. The novelty is that the side of the substrate to be attached to the bone has an agent promoting bone integration.</p> |
