PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce manufacturing cost and improve resolvability by enabling easy attaching and detaching operation of a handle component to a cabinet. SOLUTION: The handle component 8 and installation recesses 15 are installed. The handle component 8 is provided with supporting portions 21a, 21b which support the cabinet 7 and with pivots 22a, 22b which are arranged on the supporting portions 21a, 21b and engaged with the cabinet 7. The handle component 8 is attached to the cabinet 7 so as to be freely attached and detached. The installation recesses 15 are formed on the outer peripheral surface of the cabinet 7. The supporting portions 21a, 21b of the handle component 8 are attached to the recesses 15. Bearings 16 which support the pivots 22a, 22b are arranged on the installation recesses 15. The bearings 16 are provided with insertion trenches 17 which are opened and formed on a bottom surface 7b and in which the supporting pivots 22a, 22b are inserted, and engagement trenches 18 which are formed perpendicularly crossing the insertion trenches 17 and with which the supporting pivots 22a, 22b are engaged.
