PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem of a conventional camera angle adjustment mechanism that an entire apparatus including a fitting mechanism between the apparatus and a ceiling or a wall tends to be upsized because a tightening mechanism such as a ball joint exists between a fitting member and a camera body. SOLUTION: The photographing apparatus includes: a camera shaped nearly spherical for photographing an object; a main body for mounting thereon the camera with a first hole formed thereon; and a fixing plate located behind the main body with a second hole formed thereon, wherein the camera is supported by its front side in contact with edges of the first and second holes, and requires no tightening mechanism for camera angle adjustment, downsizing and reduction in the angle adjustment of the camera can be attained and the camera angle adjustment mechanism for the camera fixed to inside and outside of a housing and photographing the object are practically very useful.
