PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the variance of a band gap voltage Vbg by reducing the variance of a resistance after trimming. SOLUTION: A band gap circuit is so configured that an output of a differential amplification circuit (1) is fed back to a first band gap series circuit (30) and a second band gap series circuit (40), and the band gap circuit is provided with a resistance trimming circuit (10) wherein a plurality of resistance value varying means consisting of series connections of resistance elements (R11 and R21) and transistors (Q11 and Q21) are connected in parallel with a second resistance (R1), and a zapping circuit (20) for controlling gates of the transistors (Q11 and Q21) of the resistance trimming circuit (10).
