PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal, a communication system, and a communication method compatible with TV telephone, which can efficiently utilize radio resources and has satisfactory user bodily sensation communication quality. SOLUTION: The communication terminal compatible with TV telephone includes a dividing means 13 for dividing image data into first and second image data; a first transmitting means 15 for transmitting the first image data through a first communication line; and a second transmitting means 16 for transmitting the second image data through a second communication line. The terminal also includes a first receiving means 25 for receiving the first image data through the first communication line; a second receiving means for receiving the second image data through the second communication line; and a combining means 23 for combining the received first and second image data.
