PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon fiber-reinforced, polyolefin-based resin composition improved with bending strength, bending elasticity and impact strength. SOLUTION: This fiber-reinforced resin composition is characterized by containing (A) a carbon fiber, (B) a polyolefin-based resin and (C) a modified polyolefin-based resin having≥1 kind of a reactive functional group capable of reacting with the reactive functional groups of the (A) carbon fiber by the following ratio (mass %); (A):[(B)+(C)]=(1-80):(99-20).
