PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange store information by the short-distance radio of a portable terminal without a user's load such as a communication fee and registration with a site.

SOLUTION: The information terminal 30 of a first store 20 transmits information such as an advertisement of the store or the like to a personal digital assistance when a user carrying the personal digital assistance stays in or around the first store 20 for a prescribed time or longer. The user leaving the first store 20 moves within a shopping mall 1 while carrying the personal digital assistance 11 which stores the information on the store. The personal digital assistance 11 which stores the information on the store communicates with another portable terminal located in the vicinity, and transmits the information on the first store when it finds a portable terminal which accords with the attribute or taste of the user.
