PAPER HANDLING DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a paper handling device capable of stacking paper in order without stopping paper delivery even when the interval of paper delivered onto a paper stacking table is shortened by the variation of paper advance time to cause the case of failing to ensure time for the reciprocating sliding motion of a jogger. SOLUTION: A margin of at least 20 ms which is the normal variation part of paper advance time is given to the sliding time of the jogger, and the reciprocating sliding motion is not performed when the interval of paper delivered onto the paper stacking table is shortened by the normal variation or more to cause the case of failing to ensure time for the reciprocating sliding motion of the jogger.
