The beverage dispenser has a reservoir bottle (1) inverted over a dispenser housing itself positioned over the container (2) to be filled. The dispenser has an open receiver for the neck of the inverted bottle and a valve to control discharge of the beverage. The valve has a pivotable exterior lever (8) to control it. The reservoir bottle engages a sealing ring at the bottom of the receiver.
