<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixed quantity discharging cap which can be fitted over the mouth of a container, even in the state of being sealed with a top seal, is excellent in terms of manufacture and packing, and is convenient to use. <P>SOLUTION: The fixed quantity discharging cap 1 is fitted over the mouth 3 of the container 2 from outside. Within the cap 5 is a funnel-like tube 7 connected to the mouth 3 of the container 2 and extending out. An area of the cap 5, which corresponds to the small opening 8 of the tube 7, includes a fixed quantity storage chamber 9 for storing a fixed quantity of contents a when the container 2 is inverted or inclined, and a discharging storage chamber 10 for storing the fixed quantity of contents a from the fixed quantity storage chamber 9 when the container 2 is then positioned upright. The tube 7, the fixed quantity storage chamber 9, and a discharging fixed quantity storage chamber 10 are located outside the mouth 3 of the container 2.
