PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining bag for a shallow type drain basket having excellent draining performance from a bottom part without the overlap of a draining bag bottom part when mounted to a garbage collecting basket in a drain port, and facilitating closure of an opening part of the draining bag when discarded. SOLUTION: A water permeable sheet is folded in two to form the bottom part 23, and the free end side is formed as the opening part 24.
