PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blister packaging item capable of positively leaving a history of dishonest unsealing seal opening, having no fear of damage while an applied hologram seal coming into contact with a commodity and capable of being constituted of a usual material. SOLUTION: This blister packaging item 1 is constituted so as to it stores an item 3 within a protrusion 21a formed at one plastic sheet 21, a hologram seal 5 is interposed to adhere to both plastic sheets 21 and a mount 4, and the hologram is broken when the seal is opened.
