PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate cause investigation and to reduce man-hours for that by preserving the cause of abnormality together with time information and outputting the preserved log to the outside. SOLUTION: For detected abnormality, the factor is preserved in a log storage part 51 in a performance managing device (sub control board) together with the time information and the preserved log is outputted through a log output part 56 to the outside. Also, the statistic processing of the preserved log is executed in a log analysis processing part 55, a hall computer is notified and an alarm is issued or the control of analyzing the preserved log and changing the frequency of monitoring or the like is executed as well.
