<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire stripper device capable of reliably exhausting machining smoke, scattering stuff, vapor or the like generated in the laser beam machining. <P>SOLUTION: The wire stripper device sublimes and removes a covering material of a cable by laser beams. The wire stripper device 1 comprises an optical component arrangement space 30 in which an optical component 32 is arranged, a machining space 20 which is demarcated from the optical component arrangement space 30 with a covered wire 70 arranged therein, an air intake blower 15 to suck outside air into the optical component arrangement space 30, and exhaust blowers 45a and 45b to exhaust air in the machining space 20 outside. The optical component arrangement space 30 is kept at a positive pressure by the air intake blower 15, and the machining space 20 is kept at a negative pressure by the exhaust blowers 45a and 45b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
