PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a luminaire capable of effectively suppressing degradation of luminous flux at a low cost. SOLUTION: This luminaire 1 is composed of a luminaire body 2 made of a synthetic resin with an opening formed in its undersurface and the like. A translucent cover 5 made of a synthetic resin is disposed below the luminaire body 2 so as to cover the opening of the luminaire body 2. In a space formed with the luminaire body 2 and the translucent cover 5, a fluorescent lamp 9, a reflecting plate 10 for reflecting light emitted from the fluorescent lamp 9, a lighting device 13 for lighting the fluorescent lamp 9 and the like are arranged.
