PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner which has a simple constitution and accepts a paper dust collecting bag filter. SOLUTION: The vacuum cleaner has a cleaner body provided with a motor-driven blower, and a dust collecting part and a dust collecting case freely attachable to and detachable from the dust collecting part. The dust collecting case is provided with a dust storage part which has a dust suction port on one side and an opening on the other side, and a filter part provided in the dust storage part. The filter part has a filter for filtering sucked dust and a circular arcuate guide wall provided adjacently to the filter for causing the turning movement of the sucked dust.
