FIELD: medicine, pharmaceutical technology, pharmacy. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the development of agents used for treatment and prophylaxis of inflammatory processes in body. Also, invention relates to a method for preparing curative preparation eliciting anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antibacterial effect wherein castor oil, 33% hydrogen peroxide solution, 25% ammonia solution, glycerol, ethanol and distilled water are used in the following ratio of components, vol.%: castor oil, 62.5-77.5; 33% hydrogen peroxide solution, 4.5-7.5; 25% ammonia solution, 4.5-7.5; glycerol, 4.5-7.5; ethanol, 4.5-7.5, and distilled water, 4.5-7.5. Each components among parent ones is taken in the ratio to castor oil = 1:(8.33-17.22) that corresponds to 4.5-7.5 and 62.5-77.5 vol.%. Stirring is carried out for 45-80 min and after addition of hydrogen peroxide and ammonia solution the mixture is kept for 160-200 min and 150-200 min., respectively. In this method amide hydrogenation of carboxylic acids as components of castor oil occurs to form compounds eliciting biological and vitamin activity. ^ EFFECT: improved preparing method, valuable medicinal properties of preparation. ^ 6 ex
