<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gun salute balloon a medium of which simply filled in its inside is instantly pressurized to inflate an air space inside the balloon body without using gun powder and which maximally uses explosion sound generated by explosion of an explosion member by the inflation force and a phenomenon to discharge the gun salute content out to demonstrate the gun salute function for safely using the gun salute balloon for play, cheering, PR (propaganda), and the like. <P>SOLUTION: This gun salute balloon is equipped with an injection port and a body into which the medium can be filled via the injection port. The gun salute function is formed on the distal end part of the body. A handle part is placed at a position facing a gun salute function part in the body. The gun salute function part is equipped with a gun salute space structured by inward folding one side of the body and the gun salute content stored inside the gun salute space.
