PURPOSE: Provided are an apparatus and method for manufacturing jelly noodle strips using grain starch or its flour, thereby producing jelly noodle strips containing calories, nutrients, and trace elements of the grain without destroying them. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus for manufacturing jelly noodle strips characteristically comprises a hopper(1) with a raw material inlet(2), a first extruding device(3) inserted by a screw and equipped with a heating device, a pipe(4) transferring extruded jelly from the first extruding device to a second extruding device, the second extruding device(5) inserted by a screw and equipped with a heating device, holder(6) having a nozzle to extrude jelly noodle strips and fitted to the lower part of the second extruding device, and a cooling pan(7) cooling the jelly noodle strips extruded from the holder. |
