The unification bar of the guide of a longwall coal shearer - unique characteristics: The bar (20) has a mounting face (1), running along its entire length. It also has a bottom fixing face (4), turned towards the mounting face (1) and inclined with respect to the mounting face (1) at an acute angle (α), while it is also inclined with respect to the top fixing face (3) at an acute angle (β). The sum of both angles (α, β) is equal to the right angle. The bar (20) is also equipped with two rows of mutually parallel openings (6, 7) for securing bolts. The openings are perpendicular to the mounting face (1) and shifted with respect to each other, while the openings (6) are patent. |
