PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building information guide and a guiding method guide-displaying information of tenants or the like in a building such as a high-rise building in a way comprehensible to a user. SOLUTION: A building such as a high-rise building in map data is specified, and detailed information of tenants or the like in the high-rise building is displayed near the selected building. Building information of the high-rise building or the like is registered in a building database 14 for every floor and, by the user specifying a floor with a control device 18, is displayed, for example, for higher floors, middle floors, or lower floors.
