PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent bentonite granular materials from clogging caused by one place filling. SOLUTION: In a construction method of a mat filled with bentonite in such a way that a molding box 1 is filled with the bentonite granular material 4 by discharging the bentonite granular material 4, supplied together with pressurized air, into the molding box 1 through a packed tube 10 connected to one end of the cloth-made molding box 1 made of an air-permeable woven textile of which the surroundings are closed, the structure of the cylinder end of the packed tube 10 is such that a partition plate 14 is installed at the center of the discharge opening of the packed tube 10, and thereby the granular material 4 is discharged in a separation direction along the slanted surface of the partition plate 14 while being branched right and left by the plate.
