<p>A co-extruded film or sheet consists of a layer (1) of a polymer having C-C single bonds and a polymer layer (2) containing epoxide (glycidyl) groups, layer (2) being treated by a chemical or energy process to increase the surface tension and give a layer (3) of high polarity, this surface treatment not being applied to the other surface of (1), this other surface being bonded with any other layers. An independent claim is also included for a monolayer film or sheet in which a layer of a polymer having C-C single bonds and an epoxide (glycidyl) group-containing surface is treated by a chemical or energy process to increase the surface tension and give a layer of high polarity.</p> |
