PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a lining for a vehicle capable of reducing the number of processes. SOLUTION: The manufacturing device 40 of the lining for the vehicle is constituted so that the data related to the lining for the vehicle is entered in a protruded shape in the surface of a lower retaining mold 60 and the air between a lining base material and the surface of the lower retaining mold is sucked when the lining base material is press-molded in a state that the back face of the lining base material is brought into contact with the surface of the lower retaining mold.
